The Turbine Development Kit (TDK) is a package that bundles a copy of Turbine, Tomcat, jar files, documentation, and other utilities in order to help you get started with Turbine as quickly as possible. Everything is pre-configured and ready to go. To get started, simply follow the instructions in the TDK download.
NekoDTD is a configuration that parses Document Type Definition (DTD) files and converts the information into an XML document. This representation can then be processed using standard XML processors and applications to perform grammar analysis, convert the DTD into other grammar formats, etc. The current version of NekoDTD can expose DTD information using DOM or SAX, has the ability to "flatten" DTD files, and can convert existing DTD grammars to XML Schema and Relax NG.
Eyebrowse is a Web-based mailing list archive browser. Eyebrowse differs from other popular archive browsers in that it does not require that mailing lists be exploded into individual HTML files, and the HTML rendering is done at serving time, rather than at the time the message is received, to allow for easy customization of the message display. HTML rendering is performed through the use of the Velocity template engine.

Mod_dtcl is a free/open source implementation of server-parsed Tcl under Apache. It allows you to tightly integrate HTML with Tcl, a widely-used scripting language with many years of development invested in it. There are also many external Tcl modules that you can load into mod_dtcl, to create images, access databases, etc.
MockDoclet is a tool for generating mock objects for Java classes and interfaces to aid in unit testing classes that are tightly coupled to other components. It is an active code generation tool that scans interfaces for JavaDoc style @mock tags at build time to generate the appropriate mock objects. It is built on top of XDoclet and the MockObjects framework, and is designed to be used with JUnit and Ant.
