FAQ PLAIN is a simple FAQ preprocessor. It generates a single FAQ output page which can be used for HTML PLAIN, or as an include page. It offers a some very useful options such as a hierarchical structure of the FAQ with automatic numbering. The program is easy to use and greatly simplifies the task of creating an FAQ page.
filepp is a generic file preprocessor designed to allow the functionality provided by the C preprocessor to be used with any file type. It supports the full set of C preprocessor keywords (#include, #define, #if, etc.). filepp is also highly customisable and allows users to easily add their own keywords or modify the behaviour of existing keywords.
FileScanner is a Perl script which searches through directory trees and compares text file contents to a list of specified words and phrases. FileScanner outputs HTML-based reports which include statistics and clickable links to the pages it has found. Virtual hosts support for hosted domains is included.
flex.rb is a regexp matching and scanning library for the Ruby language. It is more than 3 times faster than Ruby regexps, and supports matching text arriving in multiple parts (via async, non-blocking I/O). flex.rb embeds the GNU Flex 2.5.4 (fast lexical analyzer generator) as an engine, and all of Flex's functionality is accessible from Ruby scripts.
fnsam is a Ghostscript font browser that creates a set of HTML pages, each showing samples of twenty fonts (Type1, TrueType, and others that are available to Ghostscript). You can quickly browse your fonts using a HTML browser, and click a sample to view that font's complete character set. A separate script is available that lists detailed info about a particular font.
