Gnetworktester is an application that helps users in testing the quality of a network connection and in sending complaints on that to the network provider. A procedure of testing takes three steps: choosing the network nodes; automatic pinging of those nodes to collect statistics on packet losses, delays, and overall quality; and automatic report writing.
UnitTH is a lightweight application for generating a comprehensive HTML test history report out of a set of parsed JUnit XML test reports. The historical report collects all JUnit reports and makes it easy to navigate between them. In addition, the report contains a large number of sortable test statistics for test runs, individual test modules, and test cases. A number of graphs are generated and useful trends can very easily be spotted. There are two intended usages for UnitTH. First, it can be useful for unstable and sporadically failing test suites, for which it might sometimes be necessary to run the suite multiple times to be able to make a solid judgment regarding the outcome of the test runs. Second, it can be used for test history reporting in continuous integration like projects.
Clover is a Java code coverage analysis tool. Key features include per-test code coverage, test optimization (aka selective testing), interactive and historical HTML reporting, IDE integration with Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, RAD, and NetBeans. It also works with Ant, Maven, and other command line tools.
CollectionSpy is a Java profiler that focuses on tracking and analyzing your program's usage of Collection Framework containers. It detects hashing container (e.g. HashMap) corruption due to mutating keys. It tracks expensive internal rehashing of containers whose capacity needs expanding. It detects multithreaded access to any unsynchronized container (e.g. HashMap, ArrayList). It visualizes hashing container bucket list lengths, allowing you to diagnose worst-case access performance.
W-Meter is a tool for testing the conformance and evaluating the performance of 802.11 products. The tool is meant for injecting arbitrary frames to test the conformance of any wifi product. The tool has templates for generating various kinds of frames which can be customized for generation of specific frames. The tool can be used to elicit responses from other wifi cards to check the conformance of the card to the protocol. At present, 802.11g frames are completed.
