Accerciser lets you test all aspects of accessibility on the GNOME desktop. It uses AT-SPI to inspect and control widgets, allowing you to check whether an application is providing correct information to assistive technologies and automated test frameworks. It has a simple plugin framework that you can use to extend and customize the accessibility information displayed. It is written in Python and uses the pyLinAcc component from LSR to interact with AT-SPI using pyORBit. In essence, it is a next generation at-poke tool.
Alleyoop is a GNOME frontend to the Valgrind memory checker. Its features include a right-click context menu to intelligently suppress errors or launch an editor on the source file, jumping to the exact line of the error condition. A searchbar at the top of the viewer can be used to limit the viewable errors to those that match the regex criteria entered. A fully functional Suppressions editor is also included.

CollectionSpy is a Java profiler that focuses on tracking and analyzing your program's usage of Collection Framework containers. It detects hashing container (e.g. HashMap) corruption due to mutating keys. It tracks expensive internal rehashing of containers whose capacity needs expanding. It detects multithreaded access to any unsynchronized container (e.g. HashMap, ArrayList). It visualizes hashing container bucket list lengths, allowing you to diagnose worst-case access performance.
DIOTA is a just-in-time instrumentation tool for Intel binaries. It allows you to create a dynamic loadable library that can be attached to a program running under Linux. DIOTA can instrument all memory operations in the application and the used libraries (e.g., for checking for faulty memory accesses), calls of dynamically linked procedures (malloc, printf, etc.), detect the code executed during a particular run, and more.
DUMA (Detect Unintended Memory Access) stops your program on the exact instruction that overruns (or underruns) a malloc() memory buffer. GDB will then display the source-code line that causes the bug. It works by using the virtual-memory hardware to create a red-zone at the border of each buffer: touch that, and your program stops. It can catch formerly impossible-to-catch overrun bugs. DUMA is a fork of Bruce Perens' Electric Fence library.
