Perle dialout allows you to dialout from one of the workstations on an ethernetwork using a Perle 833. The Perle 833 RAS server is a full dial-in server that connects directly to ethernet. The "dial-in" functionality requires no special drivers.

PHP Shell is a shell wrapped in a PHP script. It's a tool you can use to execute arbiritary shell-commands or browse the filesystem on your remote Web server. This replaces, to a degree, a normal telnet-connection. You can use it for administration and maintenance of your Web site using commands like ps, free, du, df, and more.

Shell In A Box implements a Web server that can export arbitrary command line tools to a Web-based terminal emulator. This emulator is accessible to any JavaScript and CSS enabled Web browser, and does not require any additional browser plugins. Most typically, login shells would be exported this way: "shellinaboxd -s /:LOGIN". This starts a Web server at http://localhost:4200 that allows users to log in with their username and password and to get access to their login shell. The connection will be encrypted if SSL/TLS certificates are available.
