AMS (Asterisk Manager Suite) is a suite of software intended to make day to day administration and monitoring of an Asterisk PBX server easier. It contains a daemon that acts as a proxy to Asterisk's Manger Interface, a GTK GUI application for monitoring and administration, and a C library for communicating with Asterisk's Manager Interface.
VOCP is a complete messaging solution for voice modems, with voicemail, fax, email pager, DTMF command shell and Text-to-Speech support, 4 graphical interfaces, and a Web interface. Callers navigate the system using a touch-tone phone and may send and receive faxes, voice mail, and pager messages, listen to text/HTML email messages, or execute configured programs on the host and hear the resulting output.
o2-sms.pl is intended for customers of O2 Germany that have an account at www.o2online.de. It can send SMS messages via the WWW gateway. Use the -f option to send a flash SMS (it will pop up on the recipient's display immediately). The message text can have up to 780 characters. SMS to wired recipients are limited to 160 chars, as they are being sent as "text-to-speech".
Asterisk::LDAP is a perl module for generating Asterisk 1.0 compatible configuration files from an LDAP directory tree. The package includes everything you need to get started, including the module itself, schema files, and example code. Functionality is provided to see if a reload is necessary and optionally send asterisk a 'reload' command when updates are made. Included is a script that can be called from voicemail.conf's externpass option to update a user's voice mailbox PIN number in LDAP. Asterisk::LDAP is currently capable of generating extensions.conf, voicemail.conf, and musiconhold.conf. Support is planned for sip.conf, iax.conf, and meetme.conf.
