PlexLotto is Java-based lottery program that allows people to play smart lottery. It supports abbreviated and full wheeling, supports an archiving facility, automatically downloads the previous lottery database, can search for winning numbers, and displays winning numbers. It shows the following statistics: number frequency, pair/triple frequency, hits/skips, odd-even, low-high, consecutive, sum of digits, last digit, sum of numbers, range of numbers, decades, dozens, cluster, and more. It has filters for odd-even, low-high, range, sum, last digit, digits sum, decades, dozens, consecutive, must include/exclude, and custom filters. Java Web Start is required. It supports US, Canadian, UK, and other European lotteries.
