kdesvn-build is a script to automate the process of downloading, building, and installing KDE from its Subversion source repository. It supports many advanced features such as partial checkout/build of a module, the unsermake build system, incremental make, module checkouts using Subversion snapshots from the kdesvn-build.kde.org site, and repeatable builds. Many options are available, and they apply to every module by default, but most options can be overridden on a module-by-module basis. Every command it executes is logged.
Patch Maker helps you manage multiple simultaneous in-progress source code patches to software. It remembers which files are part of which patch, and keeps them disentangled during the development process. It speeds up common operations and housekeeping tasks, allowing you to focus on writing code.
vss2svn is a Perl script (vss2svn.pl) and accompanying C program (ssphys.exe) to migrate revision history from a Microsoft Visual SourceSafe (VSS) database to a Subversion repository. This combination of programs was designed by reverse-engineering the backend database structure of Microsoft's VSS repository. In doing so, the authors have made progress towards overcoming the inability of even Microsoft's own API to properly recover deep history from VSS. This also means that you don't actually need a copy of VSS or its libraries to convert your repository.

It is suitable both for small and big enterprises.
SVNBackup allows you to make full and incremental backups of your Subversion repositories without interrupting user activity. It provides functionality not available through "svnadmin hotcopy". It can also be used to migrate between different versions of subversion and different db backends.
