StressItOut is a hardware stressing and testing program for GNU/Linux. Its main purpose is to strain the computer to ensure the hardware is in good state. There are several test modules: CPU load, memory test, 2D OpenGL painting, 3D OpenGL rendering, hard drives, optical drives, serial ports transmission, and parallel ports. Support for lm-sensors is in the works. This software, when ready for release, will mainly be aimed at the QA departments of hardware manufacturing companies, who need to ensure their newly produced machines perform correctly under heavy workloads, and that all their components work as expected.

openPLM is a Web-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application. It provides a configuration management system that manages all kind of files and data as documents in a product structure. It supports documents, parts, BOMs, part-document links, electronic signatures for objects, revision management, check in and check out for all files, plain text search using the Xapian engine, navigation between objects using Graphviz, and user management that allows sponsorship, delegation, and rights. Plug-ins are available for Thunderbird, OpenOffice/LibreOffice, FreeCAD, and Gedit.
ePeriodique is a graphical application which displays the periodic table of the elements. It shows basic data for each element, pictures, Bohr models, and lattice structures. It tries to use the EFL way and provide two themes, one for the desktop (default) and one for small displays (small).
Rippix is a fork of ripperX, a fast and easy to use CD ripper. While ripperX does a good job of ripping and encoding songs from a CD, it uses a rather outdated user interface. Rippix tries to fill this gap. This includes porting Rippix to GTK+ 3. Additionally, a lot of deprecated code will be rewritten and documentation will be added. The reason for a fork is that after some hacking on the ripperX code, it appeared that more modifications were necessary in order to port to GTK+ 3 conveniently than what could be appreciable by ripperX devs, like removing all the XPM images (including the logo) from the UI.
jPDFAssemble is a Java library to assemble PDF files. It can combine, merge, or split PDF documents, and allows the addition or manipulation of bookmarks. It can save resulting documents to the local filesystem or to an output stream, to be able to serve the documents directly to a client browser when working within a J2EE server. jPDFAssemble is built on top of Qoppa's proprietary PDF technology, so you do not have to install any third party software or drivers. It is also 100% Java, so it is completely platform-independent.
jPDFFields is a Java library for working with interactive PDF forms in both AcroForm and XFA formats. It allows your application to get and set field values, and can import and export to the FDF, XFDF, and XDP formats. It can also "flatten" fields in a document. (Flattening is the process of merging the fields into the PDF content layer so the information is retained, but as static PDF content.) jPDFFields is built on top of Qoppa's proprietary PDF technology, so it is 100% Java and does not require any third party software or drivers.
jPDFImages is a Java library to export images from PDF files and import images into PDF files. It can create images from pages in a PDF document and export them as JPEG, TIFF, or PNG images. It can return the image of any page in the document to the host Java application as a BufferedImage for further processing or to save in different formats. It can create documents or add pages to existing documents by importing TIFF, JPEG, and PNG images. After creating or modifying a document, it can save to the local filesystem or to an output stream to be able to serve the document directly to a client browser when working within a J2EE server. jPDFImages is built on top of Qoppa's proprietary PDF technology, so you do not have to install any third party software or drivers. It is also 100% Java, so it is completely platform-independent.
jPDFSecure is a Java library which can digitally sign PDF documents and change security settings on PDF Documents. With jPDFSecure, your application or Java applet can encrypt PDF documents, set permissions and passwords, and create and apply digital signatures. jPDFSecure is optimized for performance and is built on top of Qoppa's proprietary PDF technology, so there is no need for any third party software or drivers. jPDFSecure has a simple interface to load PDF documents from files, network drives, URLs, and even input streams, which can be generated at runtime or come directly from a database. After changing security settings, jPDFSecure can save the document to a file, a java.io.OutputStream, or a javax.servlet.ServletOutputStream when running in a J2EE application server to output the file directly to a browser. jPDFSecure is platform-independent and can be used in any environment which supports Java.
