You are captain of the cargo ship Chromium B.S.U., responsible for delivering supplies to our troops on the front line. Your ship has a small fleet of robotic fighters which you control from the relative safety of the Chromium vessel. Chromium B.S.U. is a fast paced, arcade-style, top-scrolling shooter. It uses OpenGL for graphics, OpenAL/SDL_mixer for sound effects, GLC/FTGL for text rendering, and glpng/SDL_image for texture loading.
Ampache is a Web-based audio file manager. It allows you to view, edit, and play your audio files via the Web. It has support for playlists, artist and album views, album art, random play, playback via HTTP with on-the-fly transcoding and downsampling, vote based playback, playback via MPD and Icecast, an integrated Flash player, and per-user themes and song play tracking. You can also link multiple Ampache servers together using XML-RPC. Ampache supports gettext translations and has full translations into many languages.
Zina is a graphical interface to your MP3 collection, a personal jukebox, a Podcaster, and an MP3 streamer. It includes an optional Flash player, a tag editor, and can search the Web for album art and song lyrics. It can run alone, be embedded into an existing Web site, or be used as a module in Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress.
LiVES is a simple to use yet powerful video effects, editing, conversion, and playback system aimed at the digital video artist and VJ. It runs under Linux, BSD, Mac OS X/Darwin, IRIX, and openMosix. It is frame and sample accurate, can handle almost all types of video, and is fully extendable through plugins and the included plugin builder tool. It can also be controlled remotely using OSC.
gtkpod is a platform independent GUI for Apple's iPod using GTK2. It allows you to import your existing iTunes database, to add songs, podcasts, video, and cover art, and to edit ID3 tags. gtkpod also features international charset support for ID3 tags, detects when adding already existing songs, displays and manages the photo database, and more.
Qsynth is a GUI front-end application for Fluidsynth. Fluidsynth is a command-line software synthesizer based on the Soundfont specification. Qsynth was built with the Qt4 toolkit using Qt Designer. Eventually it may evolve into a softsynth management application that allows the user to control and manage a variety of command line softsynths, but it currently just wraps the excellent Fluidsynth program.
GYach Enhanced is a feature-rich, improved version of the original Gyach. It is the first Yahoo! client for Linux with voice chat capabilities. It offers almost all of the features you would expect to find in the official Windows Yahoo! client. The program offers support for chat, conferences, buddy lists, and My Yahoo content. In addition, Gyach Enhanced offers many features not available in the official Yahoo! clients for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Webcam support is under development and planned for the future. Unlike the original Gyach, GYach Enhanced is designed for Linux only.
