KmusicdB is a music information manager for KDE, using PostgreSQL as a backend. You can add your music collection to the database, and view it in a convenient browser. It currently supports the ability to add and edit artists, add and edit titles (with album pictures), and a track editor. The ability to generate reports and statistics, and also to search the database is implemented, as well as creating and opening, backing up and restoring databases. JamDB (Just another music DB) is a fast PHP-based music database that can be used with many different databases. (It is well tested with MySQL and PostgreSQL). All MP3s can easily be searched for artists, albums, and songs. A user can choose to download a song or add a single song, an album, all songs of an artist, or his search result directly to the playlist of XMMS/Winamp/etc. This can be done via the Web, NFS, Samba, or any other possibilty to access the MP3 files. JamDB has a simple session-based user management and other neat features.

C-Cramp (the C-Cramp College Radio Audio Management Program) is a Web-based frontend to MySQL for managing the types of things that small radio stations might need: audio files, data, and "metadata"; DJ and staff information, schedules, live music and program logs, and all sorts of other data. Currently, a cross-platform PHP application is the focus of the project, but more features and types of programs are planned that will hopefully enable easier playback, storage, loading, and entering for all types of applicable data.
