Crossfire is a Firefly Media Server client written for the Apple iPhone and the iPod touch. It has support for streaming, browsing, and searching music content. It supports both Mobile Safari and FireFox, but can be configured for various other devices such as Windows Mobile, Symbian, etc.
EZ Reusable Objects (EZRO) is a Web application that can be used by non-technical staff to manage content as "objects." Content objects containing text, video, and audio can be shared, modified, and re-styled to appear via a traditional Web site, an on-line course, an innovative "Coach," or as a community of interest site. Karaoke con SMIL is a project to synchronize audio, text, and images and export the final result to SMIL, which can be played in multimedia players such as Real Player, Helix Player, Ambulant Player, etc. on several devices (computers, mobile phones, PDAs, etc.). MP3-CD-Sleeve is composed of two Perl scripts that produce HTML or LaTeX-style pages that can be printed as the index sleeve of an (MP3) CD. It briefly lists the directory hierarchy, by enumerating directories for ease of use in MP3 CD players. The LaTeX script tries to fit everything in a 5" x 5" (12.5cm x 12.5 cm) frame with wrap-around at the edges (no fold-out feature is included yet, it produces just the front cover).
