goMyPlace is a reverse proxy software and a daemon that runs on the client side. The system features elements of a remote access system. The proxy runs smart data hash based caching, so a daemon running on the client uploads a file only once. All URL links are static and friendly to search engines. An open reverse proxy hides the IP address of the HTTP servers and can protect sensitive content. An HTTP server hides behind the reverse proxy, never accepts incoming connections, and can be kept behind a NAT and firewall.
