libspawner implements the MTA side of Sendmail's Milter (mail filter) protocol that is used by the MTA to delegate policy decisions to external daemons. The main purpose of this library is to enable other MTAs, or any mail-handling software, to talk to the existing mail filters that have been developed for Sendmail.
Thor Panel is a Web-based server administration software solution. Its primary function is to ease the administration of client management, billing, management of Internet traffic (e.g. bandwidth limitation and restriction), security (e.g. firewall management), and messaging. Thor Panel centralizes all these functions and more. It has built-in support for an email server (Qmail), an FTP server (ProFtpd), a proxy server (Squid), and a DC++ server (VerliHub). Thor Panel is modular and can be extended to cover other server functions, such as a Web server.

Its aims are to be simple enough to be remembered by heart and to be compact, highly portable, and light enough to be implemented in resource constrained environments. It was developed with the intention of being an alternative to TEA, with the same speed and without any of its known weaknesses.
pam_eaccess (extend authorization) is a PAM module that allows system administrators to extend PAM's authorization capabilities. It checks whether a given username is allowed to connect to a service. There is currently only a file backend, and it's still in development. However, it can be used for test purposes and probably non-critical production.
