ACL2 is a mathematical logic, programming language, and mechanical theorem prover based on the applicative subset of Common Lisp. It is an "industrial-strength" version of the NQTHM or Boyer/Moore theorem prover, and has been used for the formal verification of commercial microprocessors, the Java Virtual Machine, interesting algorithms, and so forth.
Apache Rampart/C is the security module for Apache Axis2/C. It features many ways to protect SOAP messages exchanged. This includes SOAP message encryption and signatures as specified in the WS-Security specification. In addition, Apache Rampart/C configurations are based on security policy assertions as per the WS-Security Policy specification.
