Evolving Games for Unnatural Intelligence is a Java package for unsupervised machine learning based on Evolutionary Game Theory on directed graphs. It is able to segment data without any previuos information on the number of segments. It has no GUI, but implements generalizations of the original method proposed by Li, Chen, He and Jiang in the arxiv paper "A Novel Clustering Algorithm Based Upon Games on Evolving Network", published on 30 Dec 2008.
JTAGTest is an IEEE 1149.1 JTAG Boundary scan tester for embedded designers, production houses, and service companies. It provides a significant aid for PCB debugging, prototyping, testing, and repairing. Using an IEEE 1149.1 (JTAG) boundary-scan, the device pin signals or internal signals can be monitored in real-time without interfering with normal device operation, and you can change pin state manually. It runs under Wine on 32-bit Linux distributions using special Linux support libraries, which are included in the distribution.
clac (Command Line Advanced Calculator) evaluates mathematical expressions input via command line arguments or from stdin and writes the results to stdout. Unlike other command line calculators, clac has infix (natural order) expression syntax, is quite comfortable with complex numbers, defines a great many functions and constants by default, and allows easy definition of new user functions and constants using Python.
AnchorPower is a very fast, simple, and general random number generation method based on Inverse Transform and Taylor Series. Its main contributions are speed, simplicity, and generality. Speed tests have shown that it outperforms many excellent RNG implementations, including GNU Scientific Library and UNURAN, by a factor of 2 or more. The quality of the method has also been confirmed by standard randomness tests.
TankCalc is a sophisticated storage tank analyzer. Using numerical Calculus methods, it models storage tanks of many different kinds: horizontal, vertical, even mounted at an angle between 0 and 90 degrees, with flat, spherical, elliptical, or conical end caps with user-defined dimensions. It produces tables of data correlating content height and partial volume or the reverse, and computes the tank's weight as well as the weight of its contents. It includes a 3D (perspective and anaglyphic) graphic modeling tool that greatly helps users in understanding the tank being modeled as well as configuring sensor placement.
