ACCORD is a C library for composition of SEM or scanning helium-ion microscope images with correction of drift. It is able to compose (average) large sets of extremely noisy images that were acquired by scanning charged-particle microscopes at the highest possible speeds (lowest pixel-dwell times). If the images are composed using traditional techniques, they usually become extensively blurry. The technique that is implemented in this software corrects these derogations by pre-shifting the composed frames.

The ATRACO Project is a prototype implementation of a trusted ambient ecology system that runs and manages activity spheres in an Ambient Intelligence Space. Activity spheres are realized by automatically discovering, selecting, and adapting smart devices (artefacts) existing in the space, according to user's preferences, customs, and activities. OWL ontologies are used for modeling user profile, devices, activities, and goal descriptions. Abstract plans are bound to specific devices, methods, and values through semantic matching.

For basic use, including graphical output, no commercial software is required. The implemented physics are well documented in a 180-page manual. Simple examples are provided. Finesse can be used to compute a great variety of interferometer signals for control systems, including longitudinal control, alignment control, and thermal compensation.
