gigacount is a smartphone app that simulates radiation measurement. The camera takes pictures of objects. It stores the pictures as files or transmits them to a service on the network. A user sees the preview of the camera and a number that represents the (estimated) value of radiation. She can set up the application to display random numbers and which format/unit. It also includes options to alter preview color or display a static meter background.

The ATRACO Project is a prototype implementation of a trusted ambient ecology system that runs and manages activity spheres in an Ambient Intelligence Space. Activity spheres are realized by automatically discovering, selecting, and adapting smart devices (artefacts) existing in the space, according to user's preferences, customs, and activities. OWL ontologies are used for modeling user profile, devices, activities, and goal descriptions. Abstract plans are bound to specific devices, methods, and values through semantic matching.

DeltaQt is a cross-platform library of C++ classes and functions for parsing of DELTA (DEscription Language for TAxonomy) files, and is part of the Free DELTA initiative. Support for all major data-related DELTA directives is planned. Typesetting directives are beyond the scope of the project, and support for them is not planned. Support for RTF formatting within comments, notes, descriptions, etc. is planned. All data defined by supported DELTA directives (including comments and annotations) will be parsed into memory. Qt (core) is used extensively.

Finesse is a numeric simulation for laser interferometers using the frequency domain and Hermite-Gauss modes. It is easy to use for students. For basic use, including graphical output, no commercial software is required. The implemented physics are well documented in a 180-page manual. Simple examples are provided. Finesse can be used to compute a great variety of interferometer signals for control systems, including longitudinal control, alignment control, and thermal compensation.

Vit 1.73

MetaPath is a tool for the analysis of metabolic pathways and associated visualization of experimental data. Built on the MetaCyc database, it provides an interactive map in which multiple pathways can be simultaneously visualized. Multiple annotations from the MetaCyc database are available, including synonyms, associated reactions and pathways, and database unification links. Metabolomics change data can be imported via simple CSV formats for visualization on targeted pathways. Pathways can be mined and removed algorithmically to identify key regulated pathways within a given dataset, providing a simper route to metabolic functions.
