Calendars for the Web provides a server based calendar and scheduling application. It allows unlimited users to share unlimted events per calendar. Calendars for the Web comes with a full-featured browser based interface, is completely customizable (sixteen different calendar view types), fully documented, and supports online administration.
MyPhPim contains a Web-based email client, todo list, notes app, addressbook, and calendar. Future goals include features for Palm Pilot syncing and file storage. MyPhPim is multi-user, so you can share your records with other users and/or other groups. Multiple mailboxes for each user can be defined. MyPhPim requires MySQL, and PHP4 with IMAP, MySQL, mcrypt, and socket support.

ToutDoux is a project manager for GNOME. The approach of data manipulation is abstract (database free). It's extensible with plugins. Most tasks are and will be subcontracted with commandline frontends. The file format is XML (including a schema, plugins parameters, and datatables).
GLeave, short for Graham's Leave, is an evolving Perl clone of the Berkeley leave program that was written in C. gleave reminds you when you have to leave. gleave waits until the specified time, then reminds you that you have to leave. You are reminded 5 minutes and 1 minute before the actual time, at the time, and every minute thereafter for 10 minutes.
phpSched is an application for the creation and management of shift-based schedules. Current features include template creation, managing multiple departments, multiple shift types (regular shift, Supervisor shift, etc.), email notification, asking for or offering shifts, schedule publishing, and validation.
