Nomad PIM is an extensible personal information manager. It allows you to keep track of your personal data and provides modules for notes, schedule, contacts, money, diary, and timetracking. It is implemented as an Eclipse RCP application. Like Eclipse, it provides extension points for extensions by additional plugins.

Zadolbator is a simple reminder component for Jabber server. As it is installed on the server side, it can be used by all users of this Jabber server, and does not depend on the client software used. Its main purpose is to remind you about events such as birthdays or holidays, though it can be used also for keeping your everyday reminders about meetings, things to do, etc. It uses the iCalendar format to store events, so some basic understanding of iCalendar is needed to use it. This also simplifies importing existing events if they're in iCalendar format.
pin 'em up is a tool for placing small notes/post-its (e.g. TODOs/reminders) on your desktop and organizing them in various ways (categorize, hide, upload, export, etc.). Due to platform independence, the notes can also be shared on different operating systems. It features system tray integration, freely placeable notes, many possibilities to customize the note design, (nearly) unlimited user-defined categories, fast switching between categories (e.g. "home" and "office"), automatically saving notes to a file, an open file format (XML), server upload/download functions (FTP and WebDAV), and exporting notes to a text file.
Event Manager App is a Web based registration system. Although it was originally written for Exporama, one of Norway's largest organizers of trade fairs, it is suitable for any trade fair organizer. It generates templates for trade fair Web sites, creates specific instances of trade fair Web sites, generates tags for attendees, and reports various statistics.
TKDO is a master TODO list with command line and PyGTK interfaces. It takes all your VimOutliner todo.otl outlines, merges them into a single flat list, auto-sorts them, filters them, and adds support for things like contexts and recurring events. It also has a snooze button, to mark tasks as "don't bug me about this for a while". The entire system is based on plain text files, with a GUI to make certain tasks easier and faster. Due to its plain text nature, it's easy to extend or customize the system with short scripts.
