Time Sheets is an online employee time sheet and attendance management program. The time sheet administrator can setup time periods, and employees can login and enter their work times online. All timesheets can be exported to Excel for convenient printing and analysis. It is especially valuable for a sales team or other employees that are on the road or work in remote locations.
Auto Project Planner automatically calculates a proper project plan based on your effort estimations and the due dates you have in mind. A list of tasks and a list of employees can be defined. Tasks can be assigned to one or more employees. It is also possible to define a maximum percentage value an employee can/should work on a task. Public holidays, leaves, weekly working hours, and more parameters can be specified and are considered in the calculation. According to this input, the software computes time plans by minimizing the MSE (mean squared error) between expected and computed end dates.
Wikidbase is a powerful and highly flexible combination of two structural extremes of data management systems: a wiki and a database. As such, it has all of the flexibility of a wiki (e.g. any kind of unstructured data can be stored) and the structural data capabilities of a database (e.g. data may be modelled similarly to database fields, tables, and relations, such that structural reports can me made of that data). The functionality is combined in such a way that this general-purpose data management system may be shaped easily, without the need of a database expert, into a custom data management application such as a contact relation management (CRM) system, a knowledge base, a shared calendar system, a project management system, etc.
i.Scribe is a cross platform email client, address book, and calendar. It is small, fast, and easy to install. It has multi-language support, and currently includes English, French, Chinese Traditional,Italian, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Czech, Polish, Spanish, German, Russian, and Dutch translations. It is very expandable via a plugin interface, and uses its own HTML engine (and not IE when run on Windows). It supports POP3, [E]SMTP, MIME, IMAP4, and MAPI. An integrated contact database and calendar are included.
Mioga is a groupware application suitable for intranet use. All the functionality of Mioga can be reached through any HTML browser. The interface is designed with XML/XSL technology which allow the look and feel and the ergonomics of Mioga to be fully and easily customizable. It is written in Perl and uses a PostgreSQL database. It uses DAV for file management, providing you with a complete DAV workspace with Mioga user access controls (ACLs). Mioga includes the followig applications: file manager, organizer, todo tasks, shared folders (with version control), forms, intranet search, and administration tool.
