ifpgui is a Linux GUI for the iRiver iFP flash portable player. It is similar to the iRiver Manager for Windows and supports upload, download, delete, rename, device status (battery status, etc.), tuner, and playlist uploads. It supports the iFP-100, iFP-300, iFP-500, iFP-700, iFP-800, iFP-900, and possibly the N10 series. It uses a pure Qt programming interface.
klogview is a KDE real-time log file viewer, like tail -f. The main window contains any number of dockable log panels, with an arbitrary number of log sources in each of them. Every log source can have a separate font color and style. Other features include filters, alerts, different encodings, and tray support.
PPPstat is designed to provide statistics on dial-up Internet connections. It uses the system logs of the pppd daemon. It can store information about connections in a separate file. After getting information about Internet connections from the logs, PPPstat can group the information by the user who started pppd, by the ISP, or by time period. It can also count the costs of the connections.
HexGlass is a Tetris-like puzzle game based on a hexagonal grid. Ten different types of blocks continuously fall from above and you must arrange them to make horizontal rows of hexagonal bricks. Completing any row causes those hexagonal blocks to disappear and those above move downwards. The blocks gradually fall faster and the game is over when the screen fills up and blocks can no longer fall from the top.
finic helps users manage their finances. It can be used on a local network (as a client-server system for many users) or on local computer (client only for one user), with separation of accounts, clauses, and customers. It can encrypt information and manage different users with different access rights. Reports can be generated as HTML, PDF, or XLS files or through an internal print preview system. An API is available for creating extensions.
Bran is a backup server solution based on Bacula. It is a special Linux distribution to organize the backup center of an organization. It can create a server that is ready to use after a very simple install procedure. The server has a very simple user interface that relieves users of the burden of worrying about the implementation details of the backup process.
