Wunderbar is a program which is able to identify mislabeled samples in genotype data when a few extra independent genotypes are available ("genetic barcoding"). Wunderbar calculates the likelihood that genotype mismatches have occurred by chance. It is capable of reliable and sensitive detection of sample mismatches and swaps even in the presence of numerous genotyping errors and in the presence of linkage disequibrilium between the individual genotypes. It only requires a few SNPs to work well.

Sanzang is a compact and simple cross-platform machine translation system. It is especially useful for translating from the CJK languages (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean), and it is very suitable for working with ancient and otherwise difficult texts. Unlike most other machine translation systems, Sanzang is small and approachable. Any user can develop his or her own translation rules, and these rules are simply stored in a text file and applied at runtime.

A food cooperative is a group of people that buy food from suppliers of their own choosing; a collective do-it-yourself supermarket. Members order their products online and collect them on a specified day, and all put in a bit of work to make that possible. foodsoft facilitates the ordering and administration.
The Omega Project is a universe simulator accessible remotely by registered users over the JSON-RPC protocol. This allows the highest number of users and developers to access the universe and control ships / stations / other entities in via many mechanisms. The server listens for requests over a variety of protocols including TCP, HTTP, Websockets, AMQP, and more, and clients written in any language running on any platform may use these transports to communicate with it. Omega also ships with a WebGL frontend based on three.js, providing an interactive view into running simulations.

It generates code to solve the equations in either C, C++, Ruby, Maple, or Maxima. Using the Taylor series, estimates are made of the location of poles.
