Happy Phone Number provides easy methods to format phone numbers from your Rails models. Virtually any country specific format or convention could be supported, including national and international format. For the not (yet) supported countries, a general method using a simple mask is also provided.
Roles UI is a graphic interface library for Ruby on Rails which provides the ability to manage roles and permissions in realtime for applications which use Cancan. It is a Rails engine, so it has its own namespace. You can reach Roles UI in /roles_ui. Roles UI consist of two main entities, Role and Permission. Each Role may have a permission set. Roles belongs to users. Roles UI extends your User model so you don't need to create this association. By default, Roles UI is configured to work with the User model.

render_inheritable is a Rails 3 plugin that allows one to inherit or override single templates for controller hierarchies. With this gem, a template is searched in the current controller's view folder (as usual). If it is not found there, the template with the same name in the view folder of the superclass controller is used. Finally, views and partials remain DRY.
