NOC Project is an Operation Support System (OSS) for telecom companies, service providers, and enterprise Network Operation Centers (NOC). Areas covered by NOC include fault management, performance management, service activation/provisioning, knowledge base, multi-VRF address space management (IPAM), multi-vendor configuration management, DNS provisioning, peering management, RPSL and BGP filter generation, and reporting.
Scalasca is a toolset that can be used to analyze the performance behavior of parallel applications and to identify opportunities for optimization. It supports an incremental performance-analysis procedure that integrates runtime summaries with in-depth studies of concurrent behavior via event tracing, adopting a strategy of successively refined measurement configurations.
Kundo provides a structured, convention based approach for Java builds. Kundo has a pluggable, extensible architecture; it harnesses the power and flexibility of Groovy and Ant to provide a highly configurable Java build framework. Kundo achieves this flexibility with a plug-in architecture that attaches behaviors (provided by Kundo plug-ins) to build lifecycle phases. Kundo consists of a kernel and a set of foundation plug-ins. The kernel is responsible for the orchestration of the multiple collaborators within the build system.
Sonar enables you to collect, analyze, and report metrics on source code. Sonar not only offers consolidated reporting on and across projects throughout time, but a central place to manage code quality. With no complex infrastructure, Sonar fulfills needs in terms of code quality, whether it is to make an audit or implement a continuous improvement process.
Squale (Software QUALity Enhancement) provides models and associated tools to assess software quality and help improve it over time. Its models and tools know how to aggregate raw quality information (such as metrics) given by third party technologies into high-level factors, offer dashboards which present those factors and allow digging deeply into the code quality, show the evolution of quality over time, and give economical indicators about the return on investment of quality efforts.
0release is a program to generate source and binary releases automatically. With minimal configuration, 0release will generate a source tarball release candidate, build it to create a binary archive, upload them to your Web server, check the uploads, and tag the release in GIT and update the version number. It can run unit-tests and custom actions, such as building documentation, etc. For Zero Install users, it can also upload a signed XML metadata file about the release, allowing these users to upgrade automatically. Releases are signed with your GPG key.
CollectionSpy is a Java profiler that focuses on tracking and analyzing your program's usage of Collection Framework containers. It detects hashing container (e.g. HashMap) corruption due to mutating keys. It tracks expensive internal rehashing of containers whose capacity needs expanding. It detects multithreaded access to any unsynchronized container (e.g. HashMap, ArrayList). It visualizes hashing container bucket list lengths, allowing you to diagnose worst-case access performance.
