It features an integrated PDF viewer with (almost) word-level synchronization, live inline preview, advanced syntax highlighting, and live checking of references, citations, LaTex commands, spelling, and grammar.
Calligra is an integrated suite of applications that cover office, creative, and management needs. It offers applications on both desktop computers and mobile platforms like tablets and smartphones. OpenDocument Format (ODF) is used, making it compatible with OpenOffice.org, LibreOffice, and Microsoft Office. Trusion is a physical intrusion system that uses users' Webcams to detect motion, which serves as an indicator to start recording video. Optionally, users can choose to have the program upload the videos to an FTP server in the unfortunate event your computer gets stolen or the perpetrator manages to delete the user's local video files. This is a very new project that is enthusiastically welcoming new contributors and their ideas. This project was build using Qt and OpenCV.
KDE Plasma Active is a user interface for all types of tablets, smartphones, and touch computing devices, such as settop boxes, smart TVs, home automation, and in-vehicle infotainment. It is a joint project by the KDE community, basysKom, and open-slx. Its goals are a fast embedded UX platform with minimal memory requirements, customizable and modular to support different form factors, and an interface which adapts as users change activities.

OpenEcoSys-NetworkViewer is a cross-platform Qt4 GUI used to interact with distributed embedded nodes on the network. The modular interface supports multiple transmission media and protocols. Real-time graphical visualization of remote variables hosted on embedded devices is made possible by a software stack called NETVProtocolStack and Arduino compatible boards and Microchip PIC (8,16, 32 bits) micro-controllers are supported. Logging facilities and JavaScript scripting are also available through a plug-in mechanism to interact with the remote variables. A plug-in mechanism is also available to implement new protocols and support new communication hardware.
Skrooge is a personal finances manager powered by KDE. It allows you to keep track of your expenses and income, categorize them, and build reports. You can also manage your investments and see how they perform over time. Multiple accounts are supported. Some of the features included are advanced graphical reports, tabs that help you to organize your work, infinite undo/redo (even after the file was closed), instant filtering on operations and reports, infinite category levels, mass update operations, scheduled operations, tracking of refunds, automatic processing based on search conditions, and support for multiple currencies.
MeeGo is a Linux-based mobile and embedded operating system. It brings together the Moblin project, headed up by Intel, and Maemo, by Nokia, into a single open source activity. MeeGo currently targets platforms such as netbooks and entry-level desktops, handheld computing and communications devices, in-vehicle infotainment devices, connected TVs, and media phones. All of these platforms have common user requirements in communications, application, and Internet services in a portable or small form factor. The MeeGo project will continue to expand platform support as new features are incorporated and new form factors emerge in the market.
