ng-jackspa is a set of simple user interface programs that host a LADSPA plugin, providing JACK ports for its audio inputs and outputs, and dynamic setting of its control inputs through the user interface. Additionally, the plugin controls can be exported to or controlled by control voltages on standard JACK audio ports. The following interfaces are available: an ncurses visual (full screen) interface for the terminal; a GTK+ graphical interface; a Qt 4 graphical interface; and a command line interface for the terminal.
Trojita is a Qt IMAP email client. It is a pure Qt4 application with no additional dependencies. It has a robust IMAP core implemented using Qt's Model-View framework. Standards compliance is a design goal. It has support for bandwidth-saving mode aimed at mobile users with expensive connections. In addition to the usual SSL/TLS connections, the server can be accessed via SSH. It has on-demand body part loading, offline IMAP support, and safe dealing with HTML mail (actually more robust than Thunderbird's).
wave-player is a remotely-controllable music player (frontend) connecting via HTTP calls to a music database (backend). It allows music to be controlled and streamed via HTTP so you can hear your music at work or anywhere else. The frontend is based on QT4 and the backend uses via Perl/MySQL. The API is open and REST-based.
QJackRcd is a simple Qt application that records JACK server outputs. It was designed to record audio from tape, with an automatic split/pause feature. It aims to provide for simple stereo recording needs with a minimum of configuration. It natively manages silence by threshold and activation time. Silence events can be used to pause the recording or to split files. It can optionally post-process each file after recording is complete.
DireKtion is a satellite navigation project based on data from OpenStreetMap.org. It aims to provide a free (not just as in beer) satellite navigation solution for any vehicle/person that can carry a Linux device. It is able to calculate a route between any two points on a map, and displays directions for traveling between them.
