Berkeley DB (libdb) is a programmatic toolkit that provides embedded database support for both traditional and client/server applications. It includes b+tree, queue, extended linear hashing, fixed, and variable-length record access methods, transactions, locking, logging, shared memory caching, database recovery, and replication for highly available systems. DB supports C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, and Perl APIs. It supports key-value pair (NoSQL), SQL, and Java Object formatted data. It is available for a wide variety of Unix platforms as well as QNX, Android, Mac OS X, and several varieties of Windows.

CyaSSL is a C-language-based SSL library targeted for embedded and RTOS environments, primarily because of its small size and speed. CyaSSL supports the industry standards up to the current TLS 1.2 level, is up to 20 times smaller than OpenSSL, includes SSL client libraries and an SSL server implementation, includes an OpenSSL compatibility layer, and offers several progressive ciphers such as RABBIT and HC-128. PECoMaTo stands for Picture-Embedded COntents MAnipulation TOol. It is basically designed to display any kind of information embedded in picture files, as well as checking, filtering, extracting, removing, adding, and fixing such information. In other words, it's a metadata processor. It supports the following file formats: JPEG/JFIF, Adobe PSD and FFO, and raw IPTC. It knows about the following metadata formats: JFIF, IPTC, Exif, Adobe, and Fotostation. More file and metadata formats might be supported later (TIFF, etc.).

METAXPON ("Metachron" in Greek letters) is a small and fast audio DSP library for time-scale manipulation of 16-bit integer or 32-bit floating point stereo audio data streams. It employs a rigid phase-locked vocoder with dedicated transient detection and processing, and can work in real-time or non-real-time. Four editions are included - a portable edition and three x86 editions. The portable edition can be built with any ANSI C compiler and is OS- and architecture-independent. The three x86 editions are written in assembly using the FPU, 3DNow!, and SSE instruction sets, respectively, with automatic selection between them depending on the CPU capabilities. They can be compiled with MASM, JWASM, or NASM, producing libraries of object files in 8 formats.

libmsocket is a socket abstraction library in C, which aims to support as many protocol abstractions transparently as possible. Current goals include SSL and Socks5 proxies. At its core, libmsocket makes developing socket applications very easy, even if you're not using any of those abstractions at all. It also ties in to libevent for I/O multiplexing and asynchronous DNS resolution.

SYINF shows in brief a system's CPU brand and model, RAM size, disk space, operating system, regional parameters, and current date and time. It can run in interactive (menu) or batch mode. There are two versions, in the C and C++ languages. They have been tested on 20 (15) compilers, 26 (25) operating systems, and 18 architectures. (Figures in parentheses are for the C++ version.) Both versions are conveyed in source code form only, each as a single ~35 KB source text file.
