Inspector is a little Python script for the Postfix mail server that helps with detection of NDR (Non Delivery Report) spam messages. It adds a watermark to every email message being sent out of the defined "mydomains", and implements a mechanism for checking for the presence and validity of such watermarks in every NDR message. It means that you can check if the NDR message is valid or not (i.e. it is NDR spam).
SysScope is a graphing solution that facilitates the visual representation of RRDtool's Round Robin Databases (RRD). It retrieves the graph options from an Apache-style configuration file and, after making the necessary calls to rrdgraph, it generates static or dynamic HTML pages containing the graphs. The following backends are supported for the generation of the dynamic pages: CGI, FastCGI, mod_python, and WSGI.
The 64 Studio Platform Development Kit (PDK) is a version control system for GNU/Linux distributions, allowing the creation and management of many different projects, based on Debian and Ubuntu sources. PDK is written in Python, and the source code is well commented and contains documented examples.
grindr is a set of various utilities to enhance Web productivity. It provides tools to interact with Web sites, RSS feeds, and instant messaging. Munchr is a simple RSS parser which can collect data from restricted Web sites, and this data is routed to nbox. nbox is a small GUI display for all collected information. Posting information is done by feedr, which takes a set of parameters and values and submits it to the appropriate Web service. gaskr provides a GUI to prepare data for feedr. Initial configuration for gaskr is prepared by bildr, which can log onto sites and scrape all form data from HTML content.
Pftf (Pining for the Fjords) is another take at time keeping and work time accounting. It lets you keep track of how much time you spent working on what, figure out how much work you are or were supposed to do, taking into account holidays, vacation, sick time, etc., and build graphs showing the acquired data.
