nmdb is a network database (dbm-style) that can use multiple protocols to communicate with its clients. TIPC, TCP, UDP, and SCTP are currently supported. It consists of an in-memory cache that saves (key, value) pairs, and a persistent backend that stores the pairs on disk. Both work in combination, but the use of the backend is optional, so you can use the server only for cache queries, pretty much like memcached.

Spike Asset Manager (SAM) is a cross-platform framework for probing a system for components and reporting them. It includes a driver file that probes for components commonly found in a LAMPJ stack (Apache, MySQL, PHP, Tomcat, etc). It can find multiple versions that are installed, query the RPM database, and indicate whether components are running.
Race Timing lets you manage races by describing a race and the rules associated with it. You can time the racers and provide realtime standing of the race participants. You can manage various race events (pilot changes, refuelling, laps, intermediate sprints, etc.) and broadcast various information to the participants. The software is best used with transponders, but manual operation is also provided.
