doclifter helps with lifting documents with nroff markup to XML-DocBook. Lifting documents from presentation level to semantic level is hard, and a really good job requires human polishing. This tool aims to do everything that can be mechanized, and to preserve any troff-level information that might have structural implications in XML comments. TBL tables are translated into DocBook table markup, PIC into SVG, and EQN into MathML (relying on pic2svg and GNU eqn for the last two).

CppFSMDoc.py is the Finite State Machine diagrammer which uses @FSM comment tags inside sourcefiles. CppClassHierarchy.py parses C/C++ sourcefiles and generates a graphical dependency tree using Graphviz, and CppColorize.py scans sourcefiles and generates a highlighted HTML version.
Python Audio Tools is a collection of audio handling programs that work from the command line. These include programs for CD extraction, track conversion from one audio format to another, track renaming and retagging, track identification, CD burning from tracks, and more. It supports internationalized track filenames and metadata using Unicode. It works with high-definition, multi-channel audio as well as CD-quality. Track conversion uses multiple CPUs or CPU cores if available to greatly speed the transcoding process. Track metadata can be retrieved from MusicBrainz, FreeDB, or compatible servers. Audio formats supported are WAV, FLAC, WavPack, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, M4A, Apple Lossless, and more.
Thot takes as input text in a wiki-like format and outputs results for different formats: HTML, Latex, DocBook, and PDF. Although delivered with only one input language (Dokuwiki format), Thot is very versatile and easy to extend. For example, the initial version allows you to embed a document description from different entities: source language, GraphViz DOT graphs, Latex math, etc.
