Organic Photovoltaic Device Model is a 1D Schottky-Read-Hall based drift diffusion model specifically designed to model organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices. It can describe non-geminate recombination via two mechanisms: free-to-trap processes via an exponential tail of trap states, and free-to-free carrier processes. The model solves the drift diffusion equations for electrons and holes, Poisson's equation to calculate the potential distribution in position space, and the Schottky-Read-Hall capture escape equations for a discretized set of energy levels. The model has been used to generate a number of publications. It can simulate the following experiments often used to characterize OPV devices: JV curves (Light/Dark), Charge extraction data (Light/Dark), and Steady state recombination data (Light/Dark).
HEALPix is a set of scientific tools implementing the Hierarchical Equal Area isoLatitude Pixelation of the sphere. As suggested in the name, this pixelation produces a subdivision of a spherical surface in which every single pixel covers the same surface area. HEALPix provides various programs and libraries in C, C++, Fortran, GDL/IDL, Java, and Python which facilitate discretization, simulation, processing, analysis, and visualization of data on the sphere up to very high resolution. It is the state-of-the-art program used in astronomy and cosmology to deal with massive full-sky data sets.

Dandelion is a 3D graph rendering application which can be controlled across a network. Its main purpose is to allow clear network graphs to be rendered in a window, which can be controlled by a separate application or the user. The Dandelion visualization is actually controlled by issuing simple commands to it across the network (although this could all be happening on a single machine). The Dandelion source includes a set of very simple libraries which can be incorporated into other applications and which can be used to send these commands. Libraries are included for C, C#, Java, and Python. The project was developed at Liverpool John Moores University within the PROTECT Centre.
libdeco-ostc provides a library for dive decompression calculation. The library functions perform dive simulation using OSTC dive computer firmware and return decompression schedule information. The decompression model used is Buhlmann (ZH-L16C) with Gradient Factors. A C API (libdeco library) and Python API (DecoMecha module) are supported.
The Assimilation Monitoring Project is a highly scalable discovery-driven monitoring system. It integrates continuous discovery of servers, services, service dependencies, switch connections, and lots of other things into the monitoring process. The discovery is "stealthy" and will never set off any network security alarms. Adding servers doesn't measurably increase monitoring load, and the system is expected to easily scale into the 100K server range. The discovery work is distributed among all the nanoprobes (agents), which run scripts that spit out JSON. The central system (CMA) stores these strings and runs optional plugins to create graph nodes.
