pacparser is a library to parse proxy auto-config (PAC) files. Proxy auto-config files are a vastly used proxy configuration method these days. Web browsers can use a PAC file to determine which proxy server to use or whether to go direct for a given URL. The idea behind pacparser is to make it easy to add PAC file parsing capability to any program (C and Python are supported right now). It comes as a shared C library and a Python module that can be used to make any C or Python program PAC scripts intelligent. Some very useful targets could be popular Web software like wget, curl, and python-urllib.
uTorrent.py is a Python module for accessing the interface exposed by the uTorrent Web UI. Current features include getting and setting uTorrent parameters, viewing information and statistics on torrents and files, and setting torrent state and file priorities. Small example utilities are included. Note that the download file is a 7zip archive, not a PNG image.
Templayer is an HTML templating library for Python that offers an alternative to embedding code within the HTML or embedding HTML within code. Instead, Templayer adds a small amount of syntax to each and keeps the two separate and coherent. It also helps to promote secure Web application development by escaping strings by default, and by not trying to interpret code within template files.
Python OpenID is a set of Python packages that support use of the OpenID decentralized identity system in your applications. It can be used to enable single sign-on for your Web sites or for running an OpenID server. Example code is supplied and a variety of storage back-ends are supported.
xmlrpcserver is a simple to use but fairly complete XML-RPC server module for Python, implemented on top of the standard module xmlrpclib. This module may, for example, be used in CGIs, inside application servers or within an application, or even standalone as an HTTP server waiting for XML-RPC requests. xmlrpcserver is completely written in Python and has no dependencies other than standard modules.

Kamaelia is a project that aims to allow the BBC and others to create and test open protocols for large scale streaming. Substantial subsystems include a core concurrency subsystem and the beginnings of an RTSP/RTP streaming server. Existing functionality includes a complete single threaded, coroutine-based concurrency framework (Axon), a generic TCP client and server framework that allows protocols to be trivially created, a number of example protocols, and an Ogg Vorbis decoding subsystem for client site testing (libvorbissimple).
Myghty is a Python-based Web application framework originally ported from HTML::Mason. It supports the full feature set of Mason, allowing component-based Web development with Python-embedded HTML. It also features additional paradigms such as module components, environment-neutral session support, and many more language features. The HTTP connector API includes mod_python, CGI, WSGI, and standalone implementations. It also supports command line and custom non-HTTP environments.
