AWK address collection is a collection of scripts to extract information from a loosely formatted address file. It currently allows you to lookup addresses and phone numbers, list category members, list birthdates and ICQ UINs, automatically create a ~/.micqrc file with all ICQ users, and ~/diary with birthday reminders from the address database. It can be extended very easily.
This is a Dvorak international keyboard layout for use with PC keyboards and the xkb keyboard mapper for X. It should be compatible with most modern distributions of GNU/Linux. The layout features dead keys to make accents, plus various useful symbols, including the Euro sign. It is suitable for writing in English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian, and possibly other languages.
Linux NTFS provides Linux kernel drivers, a multiplatform NTFS library, and tools to create, resize, clone, rescue, query, label and fix NTFS volumes, and to undelete, resize, list, and query files for the filesystem used by Windows XP, 2003, 2000, NT4, and Vista. It also provides support for the Logical Disk Manager (LDM) that controls Windows' Dynamic Disks and is used to create software mirrors, stripes, and RAID.
PyGUI is a GUI API which is designed specifically for Python, taking advantage of Python's unique language features and working smoothly with Python's data types on the three major platforms (Unix, Macintosh, and Windows) that are small and lightweight, interposing as little code as possible between the Python application and the platform's underlying GUI facilities, and not bloating the Python installations or applications which use them.
RFind indexes the filenames of a given directory, and allows you to quickly search this index with regular expressions. Search-on-typing with more than 500,000 indexed filenames is easily possible. This tool attempts to be very configurable so that it can be useful to everyone. It features hierarchically presented search results, search-on-typing, and the ability to define rules to execute on mouse click.
