CollectionSpy is a Java profiler that focuses on tracking and analyzing your program's usage of Collection Framework containers. It detects hashing container (e.g. HashMap) corruption due to mutating keys. It tracks expensive internal rehashing of containers whose capacity needs expanding. It detects multithreaded access to any unsynchronized container (e.g. HashMap, ArrayList). It visualizes hashing container bucket list lengths, allowing you to diagnose worst-case access performance.
DooPHP is a very fast PHP framework. It enables developers at all levels to rapidly develop robust Web 2.0 applications. It is quite feature rich. DooPHP supports some common stuff found in a Web framework, such as an MVC-base structure, RESTful APIS, a REST client, URI routing, database ORM tools, a model generator, HTTP Digest Authentication, a flexbible compiling template engine, logging and profiling tools, and more.
allmon is a generic system for collecting and storing various runtime metrics collections used for system performance, health, quality, and availability monitoring purposes. The system also provides a set of data-mining algorithms useful for further performance analysis. Allmon is designed to harvest different metrics values coming from many areas of monitoring infrastructure. The collected data are based on quantitative and qualitative performance and availability analysis. Allmon collaborates with other analytical tools for OLAP multidimensional analysis and data mining processing. The tool can be used for production as well as for development (profiling) and QA (load testing) purposes.
LightProfiler provides performance analysis of Oracle databases. It generates detailed resource profiles for extended SQL trace files, containing information about the consuming of response time (by events, by cursors, etc.), data file usage, error analysis (SQL, PL/SQL), and much more. It also contains tools for additional processing of trace files (extracting session data, splitting files) and for management of a database's sessions (disconnecting, tracing, monitoring parameters, blocking locks, events, etc.).
Geomajas profiling project is a simple application profiling system that can be used to continuously gather profiling information in a running application. It allows you to get the number of invocations and total/average time. Profiling data can also be grouped to allow total time to be split up over different groups. There is utility code to use this for JDBC access profiling, and JMX integration for accessing the data which is gathered and reset the counters.
pmu tools is a collection of tools for profile collection and performance analysis on Intel CPUs on top of Linux perf. It has a wrapper to "perf" that provides a full core event list for common Intel CPUs. This allows you to use all the Intel events, not just the builtin events of perf. Support for Intel "offcore" events on older systems that do not have support for this in the Intel. Offcore events allow you to profile the location of a memory access outside the CPU's caches. It implements a workaround for some issues with offcore events on Sandy Bridge EP (Intel Xeon E5 first generation). This is automatically enabled for the respective events, and also available as a standalone program. Some utility programs to access pci space or msrs on the command line. A utility program to program the PMU directly from user space (pmumon.py) for counting. This is mainly useful for testing and experimental purposes. A library for self profiling with Linux since Linux 3.3 (for self-profiling on older kernels, you can use simple-pmu. An example program for address profiling on Nehalem and later Intel CPUs (addr). A program to print the currently running events (event-rmap).
