Encours.org is a teleconferencing system that works directly in your Web browser. It has shared slides that are visible to all, an integrated audio system with recording, "laser" pointers for lecturers, video replays of the presentation, and a chat interface with the audience. It can be connected to a phone server.
Aspose.Slides for Java is a Java component for manipulating PowerPoint presentations. It doesn't require PowerPoint and supports export to PDF, embedding and linking of audio and video frames, slide cloning, thumbnail generation, and presentation features, the ability to extract text from a presentation, and more.
Presentation is a standards-based presentation platform in the style of S5 and Opera Show Format (both of whose file formats are supported). It provides an easy way of writing (in HTML or XHTML) a portable presentation that can easily be read from a standard Web browser. PRISCILA is a simple SDL/OpenGL presentation application with a keyboard-based WYSIWYG built-in editor. Its aim is to provide a vi-like tool to write presentations. picoFlamingo is a portable presentation solution initially developed for the BeagleBoard and picoDLP projector, but it can be executed in any OpenGL ES 2.0 compliant system. The project can be considered a reduced version of Priscila, a GNU/Linux based presentation system that defines the presentation slides in a 3D space. Slides can contain text, images, live video streams, and 3D objects that can be animated in a 3D space and dynamically updated to produce advanced user interfaces. When used in combination with NetKitty, picoFlamingo can be controlled remotely through any Bluetooth or network enabled device. Simple remote control tools for Symbian S60, OpenMoko, and Android 1.5 are provided. A set of small applications for video streams and voice commanding are also provided.
