phpPgAdmin is a fully functional PHP-based administration package for PostgreSQL. It has all the basic functionality you need to completely administer a PosgreSQL server and/or database, including the ability to administer views, sequences, stored procedures, and triggers. Features include the ability to create and drop databases; create, copy, drop, and alter tables/views/sequences/functions/triggers; edit and add fields (to the extent Postgres allows); execute any SQL-statement, even batch-queries; manage keys on fields; create and read dumps of database and tables; and administer one single database, multiple servers, and Postgres users/groups.

Its main purpose is to coordinate the work of project managers, project members, and stake holders across multiple projects. SymmetricDS provides file and database synchronization with support for multi-master replication, filtered synchronization, and transformation across the network in a heterogeneous environment. It supports multiple subscribers with one-direction or bi-directional, asynchronous data replication. It uses Web and database technologies to replicate data as a scheduled or near-realtime operation. The software has been designed to scale for a large number of nodes, work across low-bandwidth connections, and withstand periods of network outage. It works with most operating systems, file systems, and databases, including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server (including Azure), IBM DB2, H2, HSQLDB, Derby, Firebird, Interbase, Informix, Greenplum, SQLite (including Android), Sybase ASE, and Sybase ASA (SQL Anywhere) databases.
Apache OpenMeetings is a multi-language customizable video-conferencing and collaboration system. It supports audio/video and allows you to see the desktop of any participant. It includes a whiteboard, the ability to import a variety of image formats, invitations, a moderation system, backup and language modules, private and public conference rooms, and the ability to record meetings. The project also provides integrations for Asterisk, Jira, Confluence, Moodle, Sakai, and SugarCRM, and connectors for LDAP and ADS.
Uhura is a Web console for databases. It works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and FirebirdSQL. It presents trees that let you browse databases, tables, columns, constraints, triggers, views, and procs. It has panels for history and fragments. Its editor features autocompletion and autoindenting. It is easy to install.
BoneCP is a Java JDBC connection pool implementation that is tuned for high performance by minimizing lock contention to give greater throughput for your applications. It currently beats all known connection pools, including C3P0 and DBCP, as shown on the benchmark section on the site.
ODBC-link is a dblink-style implementation of PostgreSQL database links. It allows users to connect from PostgreSQL to any other ODBC compliant database such as Informix, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc. You can integrate data from remote databases into your local query results. Writing requests is fully supported. The implementation is SQL/MED compliant.
AGENCY is software that allows non-profit organizations to track data and manage operations. It is a fork and continuation of CHASERS. AGENCY aims to become a collectively-maintained and developed project that puts organizations in charge of their data systems. There are currently two “flavors” of AGENCY: one for managing clients and services, case management, and such (think “social service”); and one for managing donations and volunteers (think “fundraising”). Features include a report generator, permissions and access control, the ability to merge reports to OpenOffice documents, a log system, and real-time alerts with email notification. In the client version, many tables and data structures are already set up for organizations doing human service, homeless services, or HMIS. The donor version is set up to track donors, addresses, gifts (cash and inkind), flags, volunteers, volunteer activities, and more.
