Gravity animates HTML page elements using the laws of physics. It uses the Box2DWeb library to animate given page elements so they move, rotate, and collide. The gravity acceleration and direction are configurable. Given callback functions may be invoked when objects collide. Objects' speed and rotation may be affected when the user drags them using the mouse pointer. Each page element can be made static or animated. Animated page elements may include the respective children elements. The elements' friction and density properties can also be configured.

Vit 2.92

iNA is a computational tool for quantitative analysis of fluctuations in biochemical reaction networks. Such fluctuations, also known as intrinsic noise, arise due to the stochastic nature of chemical reactions and cannot be ignored for when some molecules are present only in very low copy numbers as is the case in living cells. The SBML-based software computes statistical measures such as means and standard deviations of concentrations within a given accuracy using the analytical system size expansion. The result of iNA’s analysis can be tested against the computationally much more expensive stochastic simulation algorithm.

Vit 20.64

Finesse is a numeric simulation for laser interferometers using the frequency domain and Hermite-Gauss modes. It is easy to use for students. For basic use, including graphical output, no commercial software is required. The implemented physics are well documented in a 180-page manual. Simple examples are provided. Finesse can be used to compute a great variety of interferometer signals for control systems, including longitudinal control, alignment control, and thermal compensation.

PSArborTouch is a particle / spring physics engine optimized for 2D content layout and eye-catching visual effects. The goal is to build a high-quality physics based graph layout engine designed specifically for Mac OS X and iOS. The inspiration / structure comes from arbor, a dynamic and well structured JavaScript engine for the same purpose. PSArborTouch is a graph visualization library built with GCD and Objective-C. Rather than trying to be an all-encompassing framework, it provides an efficient, force-directed layout algorithm plus abstractions for graph organization and screen refresh handling. It leaves the actual screen-drawing to you. This means you can use it with Quartz, Core Animation, or even positioned UIView's; whatever display approach is appropriate for your project and your performance needs. As a result, the code you write with it can be focused on the things that make your project unique (the graph data and your visual style) rather than spending time on the physics math that makes the layouts possible.
