Electron Gamma Shower (EGS) is a general purpose package for the Monte Carlo simulation of the coupled transport of electrons and photons in an arbitrary geometry for particles with energies from a few keV up to several TeV. Simulations can be performed in arbitrarily complex physical geometries, and a wide range of physical processes are modeled.
Penacho is a simulation software that calculates and draws the gas dispersion of a smokestack in the atmosphere. It consists of a GUI to enter air conditions, an atmospheric dispersion modeling solver, and an interactive 3D graphics engine. Penacho draws the plume evolution, the particles' deposition and the pollutant concentration distribution, as an isosurface and a grid plane for each coordinate axis. Penacho exports its simulation results as a text file, VTK structured points, or CSV (suitable for spreadsheets).
Zeobuilder is a user-friendly GUI toolkit for the construction of advanced molecular models. It is extensible via a plugin framework and contains several advanced tools for building, aligning, manipulating, and analyzing molecular structures. It describes a molecular model with a hierarchical data-structure of reference frames. This facilitates operations on models at different levels of detail.
OpendTect is a seismic interpretation software system. It enables you to process, visualize, and interpret multi-volume seismic data using attributes and modern visiualization techniques such as stereo viewing and volume rendering. Visualization elements can be moved freely through data space to interactively analyze data from stored volumes, or data calculated on-the-fly. For more advanced work, commercial plugins are available.

QuBit is a library to support quantum superpositions in C++. This allows each variable of the CQuBit type to hold a number of different values at the same time. Normal mathematical operations can be performed on a QuBit, but they affect every value in the QuBit, at the same time. Binary operations on two QuBits cause a result based on every possible outcome.
