It can be used for interactive model preparation for molecular dynamics simulations, including association of atom types and partial charges. It features geometry editing, lattice building, building of chain molecules (e.g. proteins), chains with predetermined conformations, and charges and atom types according to selected Force Field.

Animath is a 2D/3D Finite Element Method library entirely implemented in C++. It is suited for fluid-structure interaction simulation, and it is mathematically based on higher-order tetrahedral/triangular elements. It provides front-ends to matrix solvers and mesh generators.

Chaos Visualization is a program for quickly calculating the amount of predictability in a very simple system: a spring with one side connected to the origin and the other to a weight under gravity. This amount is chaos is visualized in TIFF images, which can be put in a sequence to show the evolution of chaotic behaviour in this system.

Command Line Quaternions is a set of command line functions that generate thousands of points of quaternions, which are fed into animation software. This forms the foundations of analytic animations, a logical extension of analytic geometry.

ESMF is software for building and coupling weather, climate, and related models. The premise is that complicated applications should be broken up into smaller pieces, or components. A component is a unit of software composition that has a coherent function, and a standard calling interface and behavior. Components can be assembled to create multiple applications, and different implementations of a component may be available.

Evolving Games for Unnatural Intelligence is a Java package for unsupervised machine learning based on Evolutionary Game Theory on directed graphs. It is able to segment data without any previuos information on the number of segments. It has no GUI, but implements generalizations of the original method proposed by Li, Chen, He and Jiang in the arxiv paper "A Novel Clustering Algorithm Based Upon Games on Evolving Network", published on 30 Dec 2008.
