TinyIB is a lightweight PHP image board which emulates the functionality of 4chan. If you use MySQL or SQLite, you can use it to create an efficient setup able to handle large amounts of traffic. If you don't use a database, it can store posts as text files for a portable setup capable of running on virtually any PHP host.

autodl-irssi is an advanced and easy to use torrent file downloader plugin for Irssi. The optional ruTorrent plugin (GUI) makes it even easier to use. The installer will set everything up. It works by connecting to your torrent tracker's IRC announce channel. You tell it exactly which IRC servers and channels to connect to and it does the rest. When a new torrent is announced, and matches one of the user filters, it's immediately downloaded. There's no delay like RSS, which polls once every 5-15 minutes. Once downloaded, the torrent file can be saved to a torrent client watch directory, sent to rtorrent, or uploaded to an FTP server. It supports more than 70 private trackers, and it's very easy to add your own if you know some basic XML and regular expressions. The filters are easy to set up, but also advanced. Some of the filters are release name, TV show name, torrent size, resolution, encoder, source, year, format, bitrate, medium, category, and many more. To prevent you from accidentally downloading too many files at once, you can also tell it to only allow X number of downloads per day, week, or month.

Sar2html converts sar binary data to a graphical HTML format. It has a command line tool, Web interface, and data collection script. Use sar2ascii to collect sar data from servers: HP-UX 11.11, 11.23, and 11,31, Redhat 3, 4, and 5, Suse 8, 9, 10, and 11, and Solaris 5.9 and 5.10 are supported. Run it on the server on which you will examine performance data. For HP-UX servers, run "sh sar2ascii". For Linux or Sun Solaris servers, run "bash sar2ascii". It will create the report with name sar2html-hostname-date.tar.gz under /tmp. Sar2html has 3 parts: sar2ascii, sar2html, and sar2html.php. The plotting tools, sar2html and sar2html.php, only run on a Linux server. Gnuplot must already be installed with PNG support.

Much of its verbage and some of its code is based on the (inactive) vboxweb project. The Ex-Crawler Project is divided into three subprojects. The main part is the Ex-Crawler daemon server, a highly configurable and flexible Web crawler written in Java. It comes with its own socket server, with which you can manage the server, users, distributed grid/volunteer computing, and much more. Crawled information is stored in a database (Currently MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL are supported). The second part is a graphical (Java Swing) distributed grid/volunteer computing client, including user computer state detection, based on JADIF Project. The Web search engine is written in PHP. It comes with a Content Management System, user language detection and multi-language support, and templates using Smarty, including an application framework that is partly forked from Joomla 1.5, so that Joomla components can be adapted quickly.
