PhpWiki is a WikiWikiWeb clone written in PHP. A Wiki is a Web site where anyone can edit or create the pages through the Web browser, with no authentication. PhpWiki works right out of the box with zero configuration, and comes with a set of default pages. It's useful for collaborating on documentation on a project, having freeform discussions, and easy editing and searching.
PHPXref is a Perl script that cross-references classes, functions, variables, and SQL tables used in a PHP-based Web site and generates simple HTML output designed to make browsing through code easy. In addition, it can extract phpdoc style comments from the PHP files to provide browsable documentation.
pks-commands.php3 allows your Web server to search and add PGP/GPG keys from the public keys out there. It takes the TCP 11371 port connection and does it all on the web server. It is good in environments where the client machines are unable to get to arbitrary TCP ports (such as behind tightened firewalls).

While using POP3 mode to fetch messages it uses database fields to simulate IMAP folders, on which you can save, move, delete, and read e-mail. It also contains an adressbook, a notebook, and a bookmark manager application.
PostgreSQL Session Handler for PHP is a custom session save handler for PHP4 that uses PostgreSQL as the session cache. This allows multiple Web servers to share a common session storage container, and is useful for allowing Web users to move between machines while maintaining their session state.
