Chordpack is a tool written in Perl, whose purpose is to typeset song-books/songs written in chordpro format. The typesetting is done using typepesetting system TeX using macro package LaTeX. Chordpack has ambition to do whatever you might want to do with songs in chordpro format. Chordpack currently can generate LaTeX source of songs/songbook, generate HTML version of songs/songbook, generate ASCII version of songs/songbook, generate ASCII version of songs/songbook omitting chords, transpose chordpro song to desired key, take ordinary ASCII notation of song with chords, and output almost chordpro version. Chordpack features four styles of chord setting, three styles of song titles setting, an option to chose one or two columns, an option to chose fonts sizes, on-the-fly transposition to a key with minimum difficult chords (as an option), and other features. Chordpack does not currently set chord diagrams.

RCXDatalog is a GUI-based Unix tool to interact with the Lego Mindstorms RCX brick. Using RCXDatalog, you can upload the datalog of the RCX and display it on your screen or print it to a PostScript printer. It also includes some additional widgets to show light and touch sensor readings of the RCX.
XScanMaster is a program to control intelligent lights using DMX512, based on the fixture library from GrandMA-firmware. The DMX512 output is done using DMX4Linux, which offers support for most common interfaces and many DMX512 lines. Also included are functions to control fixtures movements in calibrated reference environments. More than one reference setting can be added to any fixture, and any fixture can be selected to run in one of its reference environments or not. In the environment the user can control the fixture in different coordinate systems. Sceens and cues can be recorded on a fixture:feature base. Both can be included in other sceens or cues. Playing sceens/cues can be done from one or more "replay units"; each replay unit can run any program at a given speed (beatcounters are included).
MRML for KDE is a KDE MRML client which offers integration of content-based queries into Konqueror/KDE. It consists of a KPart (which could be embedded into Konqueror for example) and a kio-slave for communication with the MRML server. You can right-click on an image and choose "Search for similar images..." in the context-menu, which will perform a query on a server and present you a thumbnail view of the results. You can also refine queries by giving relevance feedback.
GLeave, short for Graham's Leave, is an evolving Perl clone of the Berkeley leave program that was written in C. gleave reminds you when you have to leave. gleave waits until the specified time, then reminds you that you have to leave. You are reminded 5 minutes and 1 minute before the actual time, at the time, and every minute thereafter for 10 minutes.
CDRX is a menu-based Perl script designed to help you use your CDRW with mkisofs and cdrecord to handle ISO creation, CDROM/CDRW device scans and setup, CDRW blanking, and CDRW burns. It is designed to supplant the need for an X-based CD burning utility, to provide features not found in other Unix CD burning programs, and to be easy for beginners to use.
