eZ Publish is a content management system and development framework. As a content management system (CMS), its most notable feature is its revolutionary, fully customizable, and extendable content model. This is also what makes it suitable as a platform for general Web development. Its stand-alone libraries can be used for cross-platform, database independent PHP projects. eZ Publish is also well suited for news publishing, e-commerce (B2B and B2C), portals, and corporate Web sites, intranets, and extranets. eZ Publish is dual licenced between GPL and the eZ Publish professional licence.

Also included is support for email notification of both users and technicians, and some support for monitoring computer systems via SNMP.
Condorcet with Dual Dropping is a ranking system for deciding single or multi-winner contests (elections) using voted preference (or approval) ballot list or pairwise tally matrix. It computes the Cloneproof Schwartz Sequential Dropping (CSSD) and Tideman's Ranked Pair (RP) results for each contest round, and selects the combined CSSD and RP outcome with the lowest overall dropping cost. There are options to compute just the CSSD, RP, or Minimum Dropping Cost outcome, various optional pair rank and winner tie-breakers, and alternative measures of dropping cost (winning votes and/or margin). It comes as a console program and CGI executable.
BlueLava is a Web and WAP (CGI-based) x10 interface. Using commandline-based x10 tools as its backend, it allows you to control x10-compliant electronics and x10 modules from within a Web browser or a WAP/WML-enabled device. Uses of BlueLava include the remote control of lamps, appliances, and other electronics via the Internet.
