Range Software is software for finite element analysis (FEA) in engineering simulations. Its main features are support for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), heat transfer and radiation, linear stress-strain, electro-statics, acoustics, ground water flow, shape optimization, 3D mesh generation, an intuitive GUI, and import and export functionality. The Range Software package contains several tools which helps the user to setup, solve, and analyze the engineering problem.

GPLIGC is a program for analyzing IGC flight data from GNSS flight data recorders used by glider pilots. It uses Perl/Tk and gnuplot. The openGLIGCexplorer (written in C++) allows one to view the data in 3D with OpenGL, and can also be used as a digital elevation model terrain viewer. It can also be used for off-screen rendering of 2D and 3D images of flight tracks or terrain/map data.

udcf2png.pl reads UDCF data files and generates plot files in PNG format for every dive. Basic dive parameters such as date and time of dive, diving time, maximum depth, average depth, and temperature are included in the plot. It depends on XML::Simple and GD::Graph.

It uses the Multivalent library for parsing input documents, and is able to read PDF, PS, HTML, man pages, and other documents.
