The Model Railroad System is a software package that can help you run your railroad. It allows you to operate your layout, from running trains to working your signals and switches. It has support for a network of Bruce Chubb CMR/I USIC, SUSIC, and/or SMINI nodes, and/or a network of Lenz's XPressNet DCC nodes. Azatrax USB-connected Model Railroad Detectors are supported. Software to create switch lists for freight car forwarding and create timetables for your railroad are included. There is software to help with photographing your trains, and to compute the correct value for those pesky dropping resistors for LEDs and/or incandescent lamps.
Madrigal is a network-controlled real time music visualization program (i.e. VJing software). It consists of a server that runs on the computer recording the audio, rendering and displaying the visualization, and a GTK2 client (with a hildonized version available for the Nokia 770) that is used to organize visualizations and switch between them.
xAutoClick is an autoclicker application that enables you to automatically click the left mouse button. It is designed to reduce strain on the wrist muscles caused by repetitive mouse clicking, which can lead to serious injury or impairment (RSI, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, et cetera). By specifying the interval, a random factor and the number of times to click, the program simulates natural clicking.
Live F1 is a native Linux client for viewing the information feed of the official Formula-1 Web site without the need of a Java-enabled browser. It displays the live timing information from the track side during races, qualifying, and practice sessions. An account on formula1.com is still required.
gdivelog is a SCUBA dive logging application for GNOME which can be extended via plugins. There are currently plugins available to download Suunto dive computers (Cobra, Mosquito, Spyder, Stinger, Vyper and Vytec), ReefNet's Sensus Pro dive logger, Citizen Hyper Aqualand watch, and to import from SmartTrak/DAN DL7 and Suunto Dive Manager 2. Other differentiating features include being able to split and merge dives and a hierarchical tree structure for dive sites.
DOMjudge is an automated judgement system to run programming contests. It provides a mechanism to submit problem solutions and interfaces for teams, the jury, and the general public. It is lightweight, and depends on standard software to do its task. It has a Web interface for portability and simplicity. It is scalable, so distributed judging is easy. There is a modular system for plugging in languages and compilers. It features rejudging, clarifications, and detailed submission/judging info.
MegaTunix is a tuning application for the MegaSquirt EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) ECU, a semi-open design hardware fuel injection controller usable on just about any internal combustion engine. It supports most recent MegaSquirt firmwares for the MS-1, MS-2, and MS-2 Extra series. Also included is support for the JimStim ECU debugging tool and the 3rd party Performance Injection System (PIS) firmware retrofit for GM ALDL ECUs. Viewglob is a filesystem visualization add-on for Bash and Zsh. It tracks the command line and environment of any number of interactive shells (local and remote). A graphical display follows the currently active terminal, listing the contents of directories relevant to its shell and highlighting file selections and potential name completions dynamically.
