MenuWorkshop is an HTML menu generator. It can build 2-level menus with images in the background and a mouseover effect on each menu item. It is very easy to set up. The generated file is pure HTML4/XHTML and doesn't need any PHP preprocessing to be done on your final page once the menu is built.
Libxslt is a C library for GNOME which allows developers to work with XSLT. It is based on libxml for XML parsing, tree manipulation, and XPath support. Also included is 'xsltproc', a command line XSLT processor. The library is written in plain C, making as few assumptions as possible, and sticking closely to ANSI C/POSIX for easy embedding. It should work on Linux, Unix, and Windows. Though not designed primarily with performances in mind, libxslt seems to be a relatively fast processor. It also include full support for the EXSLT set of extension functions as well as some common extensions present in other XSLT engines.

TrueType fonts (TTF) are optional, or built-in GD fonts can be used. The available plot types are: area, bars, line/points, lines, pie, points, squared, stacked-bars, and thin bar-line. Labels, tick marks, plot legend, X/Y axes, and more are all configurable. Images can be imported as a background, multiple graphs can be drawn on one image, and images can be saved to disk or returned to a browser.
