Vipaka is an update to the Karma program written by Sean Hull several years ago. Vipaka is a monitoring program along the lines of Big Brother for Oracle databases. It is able to monitor table space usage, fragmentation, hit ratios, and other information. It can also email the appropriate people to take corrective action.
phpSQLiteAdm is an application to provide Web based management and administration for SQLite databases. It is meant to be similar to phpMyAdmin. It provides functionality to view data, to add and drop tables, views, and indexes, to export data, to add and delete rows, and to query the database.

Elixir is a declarative layer on top of SQLAlchemy. It is a fairly thin wrapper that provides the ability to define model objects following the Active Record design pattern, and using a DSL syntax similar to that of the Ruby on Rails ActiveRecord system. It does not intend to replace SQLAlchemy's core features, but instead focuses on providing a simpler syntax for defining model objects when you do not need the full expressiveness of SQLAlchemy's manual mapper definitions.
