DocWiz allows you to easily add JavaDoc comments to your Java source code. With DocWiz, there's no need to tediously hand-format JavaDoc comments, adding tags and comment structures for each method. JODE is a Java package containing a decompiler and an optimizer. The decompiler takes class files as input and produces something similar to the original Java file, and the optimizer transforms class files in various ways with can be controlled by a script file. It supports the following operations: Renaming class, method, field and local names to shorter or unique names or according to a given translation table, removing debugging information, removing dead code (classes, fields, methods) and constant fields, and optimizing local variable allocation.
KOJAC is a set of Java classes implementing optical elements and optics laws in order to build and simulate optical systems. It is also aimed at being a demonstrator of optics for educational purposes. Optical systems are composed of objects with defined properties that may be modified by the user through the applet's buttons and scrollbars. Such basic devices are lenses, apertures, interfaces, and may be themselves composite sets of other elements. KOJAC is able to do exact raytracing in 3 dimensions, taking into account the wavelength of the rays, and simulating real materials.
Uncle Unc is a framework for working with trees of objects. Existing services such as filesystems, code libraries, networks, log files, mailboxes and directories can be mapped onto this object tree, as can some traditional desktop applications.
