AntFlow builds upon Apache Ant to provide a new approach to simplifying system automation that uses pipelines of hot folders chained together to perform a given task. Using XML, it associates an automated task such as data transfer, encryption, or XML processing with a directory on the local system. Whenever a file is copied or written into the hot folder, the associated task is executed and the file is moved to the next hot folder in the pipeline for further processing.

It is available as both a script and a VIM plugin. It makes a few assumptions about how a bib file should look like.
Scientists have to deal with a great amount of experimental data of different kinds, often assorted with parameters (the conditions of the experiments). It is often difficult to remember the results and conditions of all experiments. SciYAG aims at make this task easier by letting you organize scientific data along with experimental conditions. It provides fast display/overlay of data and a search engine ("When did I do this experiment under these conditions?").
